Finish Pictures of Upper Montclair Interior Restorations

This particular project was an interior in a classic center hall colonial. The trim on the first floor was beautiful in shape, but was a very old provincial style finished wood. We restored everything and repaired it from walls to baseboards, windows and doors. It was all prepared as needed and given several coats of Satin Impervo in a Benjamin Moor "White Diamond". The result was striking. All of the woodwork popped against the vivid wall colors and the home still maintained it's classic early American feel. Some people are hesitant to paint over there stained woodwork, but in cases like this you can achieve a dramatic contrast to your walls and really brighten up a space. The walls and ceilings in the living room were totally skimmed and sanded to achieve the smoothest straightest result possible from original plaster work.
